Peter Lucido, of Shelby Township, to allow expert testimony during human trafficking cases.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cExpert witnesses are another reliable resource to go with victims\u2019 testimony,\u201d said Lucido, who serves as vice-chair on the House Law and Justice Committee. \u201cWe must give the victims an additional credible voice as an option to be used in these cases.
