M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n<p>el Pleno de la C\u00e1mara de Diputados aprob\u00f3 el dictamen sobre prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa, el cual contempla ampliar el cat\u00e1logo de\u00a0delitos\u00a0que ameritan dicha medida; entre ellos se encuentra el\u00a0<strong>feminicidio<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Con 377 votos a favor, 96 en contra y cinco abstenciones, se autoriz\u00f3 en lo general y en lo particular la reforma al art\u00edculo 19 constitucional, por lo que se turnar\u00e1 a los Congresos de los estados del pa\u00eds para su aprobaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Por lo anterior,\u00a0<em>Olga S\u00e1nchez Cordero<\/em>, titular de la\u00a0<em>Secretar\u00eda de Gobernaci\u00f3n<\/em>\u00a0(<em>Segob<\/em>), asegur\u00f3 que la reforma aprobada en la C\u00e1mara de Diputados que otorga prisi\u00f3n preventiva a los implicados en\u00a0<strong>feminicidios<\/strong>\u00a0es un avance importante.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lanetanoticias.com\/grilla\/386983\/segob-celebra-reforma-que-otorga-prision-preventiva-a-feminicidios\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Leer art\u00edculo completo.<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>LNN.
