A former Campbell County district judge has been indicted on nine felony charges and two misdemeanor charges, including human trafficking and rape.
Timothy Nolan, 70, of California, Kentucky, was arrested April 21 following an investigation by the Campbell County Police Department.
According to Attorney General Andy Beshear, the charges stem from an incident in August 2016. Specifics surrounding the allegations are unclear.
