Congressman Mark Walker. Washington, D.C. U.S. Representative Mark Walker (NC-06) last week introduced the Bettering Resources In Guarding from Human Trafficking (BRIGHT) Act. This legislation establishes minimum sentences for those convicted of Federal human trafficking crimes.
